THE GRACE OF GIVING

WHY GIVE?

To express your thanks to God and join in what he is doing.  God is an amazing giver.  When you are a Christ-follower and He is within you, you, too, are a giver by nature.  It makes sense that we would share with others what God has so freely given us, joining with Him in changing lives and impacting eternity.

WHAT SHOULD I GIVE?

The answer to that is found in a conversation between you and God.  We know from Scripture that God is the owner of everything and we are merely the caretakers of what He has given us.  There are many things you can give, including time, talents, and treasures.  We know that, in Christ, everything will be used to build His kingdom.

HOW ARE MY GIFTS USED AT SCC?

Your giving supports one of two primary accounts we have at SCC:

Fuel for Ministry:  This is our primary fund, supporting the mission and vision of Saline Community Church locally.  It includes all ongoing ministry expenses and facility improvements, as well as special initiatives such as outreach and benevolence.

Fuel for Global Missions:  Donations to the Great Commission Fund support God's work worldwide.

HOW DO I GIVE?

Gifts may be given online at any time using two secure service, tithe.ly (preferred) or Dwolla.  You may also bring them to our Sunday service, or mail them to the office at 211 W. Willis Rd., Saline, MI  48176.  Or, you can set up Bill Pay through your bank to have a check automatically sent to SCC on a regular basis.

With tithe.ly you can give to SCC right from your phone or on the web. It's easy and safe to set up donations with tithe.ly, and once you do you can choose to submit individual gifts or set up a recurring offering.  Click the button below to donate with tithe.ly.
